Take your home EV charging to a whole new level with exciting features to provide better control and an enhanced home charging user experience! We are delighted to invite you to be a partner on our Pilot Project that we are running as part of a research and development program. Your involvement in this project will help drive the eMobility industry in the country, as well as provide you as an EV owner with better management of your EV lifestyle. To participate in this project, you will need to be a South African EV owner with a home charger connected to the GridCars CPO system and have an existing ChargePocket account. If you need a ChargePocket account, you can register for a free membership on ChargePocket and use that login to also gain access to this app.
Manage Charging Schedules
Create schedules for periods when you will be at home, and ChargerInterface will automatically generate an optimised charging schedule using those times and any corresponding load-shedding periods. ChargerInterface will aim to schedule most of your charging periods during off-peak tariff times.
View your Active Session
See real-time information about your charge session. You will also be able to stop the charge session at any time.
View Load Shedding Schedules
If you have activated a load-shedding schedule for your charger, you will be able to view your schedules (based on the popular EskomSePush data) and better plan your charging experience.
View Charge Session History
View your charge session history based on your EV or Charger.
